Responsibilities
* Able to teach and maintain up-to-date content knowledge in English, (Cambridge syllabus) for Primary levels.
* Adapt lessons to accommodate students' diverse backgrounds and learning needs
* Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and expression
* Maintain classroom discipline through positive behaviour management techniques
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Participate in school events, performances, and extracurricular programmes
* Collaborate with the wider teaching team and support holistic development strategies
* Encourage confidence, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset among learners
* Engage with students' parents and community for better school-home partnership
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in the relevant subject area (English)
* Passionate about education and working with children
* Energetic, creative, and open to non-traditional teaching methods
* Fluent in English (spoken and written
* Willing and able to travel for school-related events and training
* Comfortable in a multicultural, refugee-inclusive environment
