Responsibilities
Nurture innovative and creative thinking skills among students.
Build relationships, teach, motivate, and inspire students to think critically.
Guide students in building technological solutions to real-world problems.
Engage local stakeholders and organise events under Maker Programmes.
Foster community engagement in education initiatives.
Requirements
Strong belief in education equity.
Curious, lifelong learner with a critical worldview.
Experience working with children/teens in informal or project-based learning.
Comfortable across STEAM disciplines.
Coding knowledge is a plus (not mandatory).
Experience with maker tools, design thinking, or creative tech is valued.
Must work on-site at the Penang office.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Technical degree (engineering/computer science) preferred.
Educational experience is an advantage.
