Supporter Engagement Executive
Description
The Supporter Engagement Executive is responsible to secure, manage and build relationship with current and new Middle and Major donors; execute strategies to engage new potential supporters.
Responsibilities
- Carry out research and explore new markets, potential donors, and CSR collaboration opportunities
- Conduct regular engagement by way of emails, calls or visits where appropriate; share WVM campaigns where relevant
- Report and manage day-to-day work, appointments, status updates, relevant internal meetings
- Prepare and deliver clear executive level presentations when needed for potential sponsors/donors
- Gather feedback on key deliverables from sponsors and donors to ensure continual improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Admin/Business/Marketing studies
- At least three (3) years of working experience
- Demonstrable executive maturity and operational agility
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong organisational and people skills
- Strong listening, questioning and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills
- Good working command of English and Mandarin
