Support the Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Malaysia team under UNHCR to engage, cultivate, and retain middle-value donors. The role focuses on personalized donor journeys, telemarketing coordination, and income growth through donor loyalty and communication.
Responsibilities
1. Middle-Value Donors (MVD): • Identify and cultivate MVD segment.• Build donor stewardship through personalized communication (mail, events, email, WhatsApp).• Collaborate with Major Donor team for donor migration and pipeline management.• Plan programs tailored for MVDs and act as focal point.• Analyze trends and report key metrics.• Maintain accurate donor records.2. Telemarketing:• Coordinate daily with telemarketing suppliers.• Provide scripts, training, and campaign evaluation.• Monitor ROI and reporting.3. Monitoring & Reporting:• Execute donor projects on time.• Measure and report KPIs and metrics.• Support PSP Officer in achieving annual income targets.
Requirements
Education: • Completion of high school diploma (Bachelor’s desirable in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Social Science).
Experience: • 3 years (with diploma) or 2 years (with Bachelor’s) in marketing, customer development, or fundraising.• Proven experience in telemarketing or donor/customer development.•Experience in fundraising is an advantage.
Competencies: • Knowledge in private sector fundraising and donor retention.• Strong copywriting and communication skills.• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.• Customer service–oriented and detail-focused.• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/database systems.• Experience in supplier coordination and telemarketing campaigns (desirable).
