Junior Executive For Events & Experience, Operations
Description
Assist with event planning, logistics, coordination, vendor management, inventory, budgeting support, and on-site event execution.
Responsibilities
Assist planning, logistics and coordination for events, workshops and programmes.
Prepare event materials, equipment and supplies.
Support participant registration, onboarding and communication.
Provide on-site assistance during events.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Manage stock, inventory and equipment.
Support purchase orders, quotations and basic budgeting.
Conduct simple research for venues and suppliers.
Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and deadlines.
Contribute ideas for process improvements and participant experience.
Support Events & Experience Lead as required.
Requirements
0–2 years experience in event management, coordination, logistics or related field.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience in volunteer or university event projects advantageous.
Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom and Canva.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Organised, detail-oriented, adaptable and proactive.
