This role supports the department in building, engaging, and growing the EPIC Community by executing engagement initiatives, coordinating events, maintaining community data, and supporting volunteer growth pathways to ensure meaningful and impactful experiences for community members.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of community initiatives.
Assist in running volunteer and partner engagement programmes and events.
Liaise, coordinate, and ideate on engagement initiatives with internal teams.
Draft and share community communications.
Leverage data to track engagement trends and measure impact.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and mission management of volunteers.
Serve as a communications liaison.
Develop guidelines, onboarding materials, and scalable processes.
Maintain and update the community database.
Track and report on engagement metrics.
Monitor and respond to inquiries on Sedunia, social media, and email.
Assist with project tracking, reporting, and administrative duties.
Support preparation of presentations and communication materials.
Coordinate with internal teams.
