    Description

    Lead the strategy, people, and partnerships behind the Fellowship programme to drive transformational student impact and systemic change in education.

    Responsibilities
    • Set and drive vision, strategy, and goals for student impact and Fellow development
    • Lead and align cross-functional teams across the Fellowship lifecycle
    • Ensure excellence in programme design, implementation, and impact measurement
    • Build and sustain partnerships with government, education institutions, and corporate partners
    • Champion collaboration, equity, and performance culture
    • Contribute as part of the Senior Leadership Team
    Requirements
    • Minimum 9 years of work experience with significant leadership roles
    • Deep understanding of Malaysia’s education landscape
    • Experience in programme leadership, curriculum design, coaching, and MEL
    • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
