UNHCR Malaysia is offering a full-time internship under its Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) service in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will support donor communication, data management, and engagement initiatives to strengthen donor loyalty and fundraising outcomes.
Responsibilities
Donor Communication (50%)
Manage donor email enquiries.
Research and develop donor content via internal media library.
Analyse engagement for online and offline communications.
Support email and direct mail communications.
Donor Management (40%)
Monitor, analyse, and consolidate donor data from internal and external platforms.
Other ad-hoc tasks (10%)
Support additional donor-related activities as assigned.
Requirements
Eligibility:
Current student or recent graduate (within 2 years) from an accredited university (IAU/UNESCO).
Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiar with Canva or other media design tools.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Must be eligible to reside and legally work in Malaysia during the internship period.
Must have valid medical insurance for the duration of the internship.
