Axiata Foundation has officially opened applications for the Young CEO Development Programme (YCDP) 2025, an 18-month intensive leadership initiative designed to mold Malaysia's next generation of corporate leaders. Set to commence on 18 July 2025, the programme offers a comprehensive curriculum covering strategic leadership, digital skills, crisis management, and international market exposure—at a total value of MYR65,000, fully waived for all participants.
Aimed at Malaysians aged 23–30 with at least one year of work experience and a minimum bachelor’s degree, the YCDP blends virtual and physical learning, hands-on workshops, business simulations, and access to world-class faculty and corporate mentors. The programme also features a refundable commitment fee of RM500, returned upon successful completion.
Applications close on 30 June 2025. Successful candidates will not be bonded to Axiata post-programme, and no employment contract is required, making this an excellent standalone opportunity for ambitious young professionals.
