* Deliver content according to the American Syllabus for Grade 7-9 and GED academic rigour and requirement
* Adapt lessons to accommodate students' diverse backgrounds and learning needs
* Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and expression
* Maintain classroom discipline through positive behaviour management techniques
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Participate in school events, performances, and extracurricular programmes
* Collaborate with the wider teaching team and support holistic development strategies
* Encourage confidence, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset among learners
* Engage with students' parents and community for better school-home partnership
Requirements
* Possess at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in Secondary School
* Must have a Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional
