Responsibilities
- Manage and publish content across SWWS digital platforms
- Create graphics, captions and basic campaign materials
- Support website updates, digital records and archiving
- Grow community engagement and connect enquiries to the right support
- Attend events to capture content when required
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time based on organisational needs
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or Social Sciences
- Strong writing, graphic design and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO or PPC is an advantage
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
- Understands social issues from a gender perspective
