Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries
- Manage monthly accounts closing and reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare P&L and Balance Sheet
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial projections
- Assist with management reports and financial analysis
- Support audit and other finance-related matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience is required; experience in the NGO sector will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies, and SOPs, with the ability to ensure full compliance
- Mature, proactive, and able to work independently, with strong initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills
