The People & Organisational Coordination Associate supports PEMIMPIN's operations by ensuring smooth processes, systems, and workflows across the organisation. The role works closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, finance and administrative processes, HR activities, compliance, governance, and organisational workflows while reporting to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
• Support PEMIMPIN's operations to ensure smooth processes, systems, and workflows
• Maintain cross-team communication and support compliance and governance
• Work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on meetings, stakeholder engagements, and coordination
• Document finance and administrative processes
• Process transactions and track grants/expenses
• Manage HR activities and platforms such as CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Help translate organisational strategies into clear, actionable workflows
• Report to the Director of Operations
