Provide constant supervision to ensure children's safety and well-being

Requirements
Diploma or advanced degree in a human services, behavioral sciences or related field
At least two (2) years of prior experience working with children or youth, especially in a caregiving or mentorship role, is preferred. This can include work in residential facilities, childcare, teaching, counseling, or related fields
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with adolescents
