This role helps keep Iskul’s finances organized, supports donor and Registrar of Societies (RoS) reporting, and strengthens internal systems — enabling Iskul to continue nurturing learning and leadership within the Bajau Laut community.
Responsibilities
Handle payment vouchers and monthly accounts
Monitor project budgets and assist with donor reporting
Issue donor receipts and prepare documents for audit
Support RoS documentation, meeting minutes, and admin tasks
Maintain staff records, contracts, and HR policy updates
Help with simple donor communications and reports
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in finance or NGO administration
Comfortable using Excel or simple accounting tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
