Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Officer, you will manage and oversee various HR functions, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development.
You will work closely with management to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Administrative / Business or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Conversant with Employment Act and other Statutory regulations.
Good communication skills, capable of interacting with staff at all levels.
Possesses strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
