Wild Asia is expanding! We are seeking two WAGS BIO Managers (East and West) to lead and coordinate the implementation of the WAGS BIO programme in East and West Malaysia. The WAGS BIO programme is an initiative of Wild Asia to support agricultural producers towards chemical-free and regenerative practices. a. Managing the WAGS BIO team and implementing the WAGS BIO activities.
b. Periodic reporting of WAGS BIO Programme, Unit KPI and Impact Indicators.
c. Work closely with other Services Department i.e., Technical, Certification and Membership) for
coordination to ensure WAGS BIO annual programme is implemented effectively.
d. Should possess one-or-more relevant technical expertise or experience and he/she will be
responsible for the supervision of the teams, the resources and their deliverables under the
WAGS BIO Programme.
e. Should have good technical knowledge, keep up to speed with key industry movement and
changes as well as ensure attendance at key industry events.
f. To ensure that he/she shall continue to develop relevant technical knowledge and expertise to
add value to the Programme. This shall include developments related to relevant certification
standards (RSPO, MSPO, Organic, and/or Carbon).
g. Will be responsible for the training activities for the lead farmers through the support of the WAGS
and WAGS BIO Team Leads and the monitoring and progress reporting of the Lead Farmers
