Sustainability Manager

Major Task and Activities:

i) Sustainability Roadmap

Assisting the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) to plan and implement Sustainability strategies in line with Top Glove’s Sustainability Roadmap.
Supporting CSO to identify and manage Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risks and opportunities across departments.
Coordinate and work with other departments to ensure the ESG targets are on track.
ii) Sustainability Reporting

To develop Sustainability Report including materiality assessment, stakeholders engagement, data collection and management and report drafting.
Prepare Sustainability project performance and updates to Management and external stakeholders.
Manage the Sustainability disclosure on website

iii) Sustainability Advocacy

Assist the CSO in the planning and development of effective Sustainability awareness strategies and materials for internal stakeholders.
Facilitating in the development of Sustainability related training and programmes for internal stakeholders.

iv) Others

Provide support to other departments in developing their ESG target and plans.
Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects as required by CSO
