Nurture innovative and creative thinking skills among students:
Build relationships, teach, motivate and inspire students to think critically so that they are able to build technological solutions to solve real word problems.
Develop, revise and update lesson plans and lesson materials to make sure content is up-to-date and relevant.
Model growth mindsets and instil 21st-century skills in students.
Teach STEAM lessons and track student progress.
Feedback and improve teaching strategies on a monthly basis.
Produce data-driven insights & learning outcomes by tracking student progress, assessments and lesson feedback.

Requirements
No prior teaching experience is required. Training will be provided on-site.
Having experience dealing with multiple stakeholders is a bonus..
Proficient in Google products such as Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Classroom, Google Sites, and Google Docs. Plus points for WordPress and Canva skills.
Must be able to commit to working from the Penang office and travel independently between multiple work sites if needed.
Keen on learning programming and technology
Must be keen to learn while doing.
Proficient in verbal and written English & Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in a vernacular language (preferably mandarin) is a bonus.
Proficiency or familiarity with at least one of the coding languages is highly desired but not required.
Holder of a technical degree (engineering/computer science) is highly encouraged to apply.
Having educational experience is highly desirable but not required.
