- Ensure the team are assigned with tasks based on work schedule and priorities.
- Monitor the execution of document verification and application processes, in line with the company and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review and enhance administrative systems, policies and procedures.
- Liaise with regulators from government agencies such as ST, TNB, SEDA and MIDA for license applications, renewals and approvals.
- Deal with vendors and contractors for maintenance and emergency requests (e.g. plumber, printing services, handyman, delivery).

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
1-2 years of work experience in Operations & Admin.
- Competent in basic IT skills and comfortable using Google Workplace.
- Able to embrace and adapt to new technology with the aim of efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate to employees at all levels of the organization as well as stakeholders and external parties.
- A highly organized individual who is responsive, approachable, and able to multitask.
