We are looking for a strong HR leader who will advocate for values and culture, partnering with leaders to make the best decisions for hiring based on data and research to build a strong organisation. We are eager to find a Senior HR Manager who is naturally good at identifying problems, finding solutions, and nurturing job satisfaction, to handle the ever-changing nature of the workforce.

At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role;
Minimum Bachelor's Degree level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent;
Demonstrable understanding of labour law, employment act, and industrial laws of Malaysia;
High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required;
Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite.
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems;
Proven ability to build, manage, and develop recruitment and retainment strategies;
Effective dissemination of information to large and diverse groups.
