Established in 1972, WWF-Malaysia is part of WWF, the international conservation organisation. Working to sustain the natural world for the benefit of people and wildlife, WWF-Malaysia’s efforts to conserve nature focus on six major goals - forests, oceans, wildlife, food, climate and energy, as well as freshwater – and three key drivers of environmental problems – markets, finance and governance.
The 3 primary functions include: -
Merchandise planning, purchasing and marketing
Optimisation of online marketing campaigns and digital donation platforms
Execution of digital lead generation campaigns
Having sufficient work experience that they are able to administer and execute general operations in order to achieve stated objectives and goals.
Must be able to do proper planning and also take responsibility for their work.
Supervised on plans and strategies but able to work independently on a day-to-day basis.
Able to supervise more junior employees within their own fields of responsibility.
Pro-active: able to manage their own time effectively and to make tough decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information, under tight deadlines and pressures, with a bias for action.
Able to work in a team and handle problems and challenges.
Strong inclination to learn and does so quickly when facing new challenges.
