On a day-to-day basis, you will manage a team of professionals; support, drive and lead from the front by achieving personal sales targets as well as team sales targets. You will drive the performance of our F2F marketing team members by regularly initiating training, updating our sales team on new programs, and implementing strategies to drive and improve KPI. You will ensure the highest possible quality by monitoring daily performance reports and constantly looking for ways to improve our clients' programs and drive growth within our organization.
Lead a face-to-face team, inspiring them around our vision and mission
Be an ambassador and evangelist of our company values and build a culture that is unique but also consistent with the values of the company
Ensure we remain focused on the growth and development of people to achieve our goals for our clients
Support, coach, and manage the subordinate staff
Ensuring your teams are meeting all KPIs around signup volumes,
Develop a strategy to cultivate the relationship with existing suporters to maximize retention
Work closely with different departments to maximize the output
With at least 2 years’ experience in relevant fields
Proven work experience in leading a frontline team
An energetic, efficient, motivated, and resourceful self-starter
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
A good team player
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
