    Pinkcollar is looking to hire a Sales & Recruitment Officer for our growing team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, purpose-driven candidate with great interpersonal skills!     Responsibilities
    • Actively engage in the online recruitment of migrant domestic workers through social media (Facebook advertisements, recruitment boost posts, etc.)
    • Interview prospective workers following a script and guidelines.
    • Write up candidate profiles of workers and market their skills and abilities to employers.
    • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and active clients.
    • Close sales by successfully placing workers into jobs with employers.
    Requirements
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage time well and have the stamina to go through multiple interviews and client calls daily.
    • Active and empathetic listening skills.
    • Motivated, curious and driven attitude.
    • Ability to charge towards problems with a go-getter attitude
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Interest/passion in migrant worker issues, domestic worker issues, human rights, public policy, anti-modern slavery and anti-human trafficking efforts, social entrepreneurship, social business.
