Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be reporting to Business Development & Partnership Lead to discover and pursue new sponsors & partnership prospects, pitching products and/or services, negotiating deals, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners.

Responsibilities
Job functions may include and not limited to:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets;
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
- Handle Negotiations;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
- To drive online business growth through client & partner management; which may include onboarding, training, customer acquisition;
- To acquire, maintain and develop good client relations with key customers and partners to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
- Following up new business opportunities, managing both incoming leads and existing clients;
- Any other jobs which may be assigned to you from time to time that do not affect your primary responsibilities.
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Proficiency in digital and Google Workspace tools (Slides, Doc, Sheet, Meet), Slack, Zoom & Canva.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Creative ability to problem-solve.
- Knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations.

- Excellent time management and organisation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience - Ideally 3 years working experience, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in social enterprise is not required.
