As a Sales Executive, you will be reporting to Business Development & Partnership Lead to discover and pursue new sponsors & partnership prospects, pitching products and/or services, negotiating deals, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners.

Responsibilities
Job functions may include and not limited to:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media;
Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets;
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data;
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
Handle Negotiations;
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;
To drive online business growth through client & partner management; which may include onboarding, training, customer acquisition;
To acquire, maintain and develop good client relations with key customers and partners to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
Following up new business opportunities, managing both incoming leads and existing clients;
Any other jobs which may be assigned to you from time to time that do not affect your primary responsibilities.
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Proficiency in digital and Google Workspace tools (Slides, Doc, Sheet, Meet), Slack, Zoom & Canva.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Creative ability to problem-solve.
Knowledge of the industry and its current events.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations.

Experience
Ideally 3 years working experience, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
