- Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to propel the Sales team forward
- Work with the Sales Director to prioritise Sales tasks based on urgency, reporting back on progress and blockers
- Provide tactical support to Sales Director and Heads to implement strategies
- Understanding challenges to sales by gathering constant feedback and creating processes that remove barriers to closing sales.
- Acting as a liaison between the sales, ops, installation, marketing, product teams to align and expedite on cross departmental collaboration.
- Identifying gaps in to pre- and post-sale processes to reduce obstacles to closing sales.
- Develop, manage and implement successful and consistent operational processes, systems, tools, playbooks, solutions and programs to make the department more effective
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creative problem-solving and eliminating barriers at any organizational level.
- Superior analytical and project management capabilities. Proven ability in prioritizing workflows, working independently within tight deadlines, and collaborating across teams with limited supervision.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects across a wide variety of functional business problems.
- Has strong emotional intelligence to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
