Research Associate

-A degree or masters degree in relevant human rights or environmental studies field.

-Working experience in analytical thinking, methodologies, data collection, and report writing.

-Good knowledge of human rights instruments, and the basics of business accountability and Just Energy Transition (JET), with willingness to further learn and explore these areas.

-Demonstrate good climate change literacy.

-Possess exceptional communication skills in BM and English.

-Proficient in using digital tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Zoom.

-Commitment as a team player with excellent time management skills.
