Collaborate with Acumen Academy, YTL Foundation to establish pipeline building strategy.
Build in-depth understanding of the Fellow pipeline. Identify and cultivate a rich pool of impact-driven candidates for the Fellows Programme across sectors and industries: public, private and social.
This will include direct outreach activities: in-person engagement across the country, planning and/or attending events and community visits.
Partner with Programme Lead on Recruitment and Selection activities including strengthening partnerships.
Lead the annual Malaysia Acumen Academy Summit which is a combination of recruitment and Foundry activity
Monitoring, evaluation and improvement of outreach and recruitment activities towards building a diverse and quality pool of candidates for the Fellowship.
Marketing
Collaborate with Acumen Academy and Programme Lead to execute and improve marketing strategy
Lead 365-marketing of the Acumen Fellows Programme and community in Malaysia
Co-manage Operations and Marketing Associate Fellows Programme
You may be supporting the Programme Lead in delivering some components of the Fellows Programme in service of relationship building; continuous immersion in the community, values and tools. This may include light facilitation and coaching.
The Outreach and Recruitment Manager will report to the Programme Lead, Chan Oga.
Requirements

~/>8 years work experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in niche marketing, leadership development, adult education, training, fellowships, social entrepreneurship, etc.

Familiarity and exposure to the field of social enterprise and poverty alleviation preferred
Proficiency in writing skills and in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes (i.e. MS Word and Excel) as well as web-based software platforms
