Responsibilities
Programme Design and Delivery:
Develop strategic plans and initiatives for the programme team, aligning programme objectives with organisational goals.
Engage partners to align expectations and design programmes/training content in various formats to achieve student impact.
Lead key-decision making on programmes, and resolve issues that arise.
Design & lead workshop/training sessions based on research, feedback and data.
Facilitate student groups during programmes, including camps and workshops.
Project Management:
Develop & monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures to align with organisational strategic direction.
Lead operations and logistics for programme delivery.
Design & implement end-to-end programme journey for all stakeholders, including partners and students.
Prepare communication materials for potential & existing partners.
Build relationships with stakeholders including MOE/JPN/PPD, educational community, regional private sector and other relevant stakeholders by:
-Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings;
-Maintaining relationships with frequent communication touchpoints.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Develop impact measurement frameworks to evaluate programme outcomes.
Conduct programme data collection & contribute to social impact analysis.
Conduct data analysis and generate insights on programme recommendations.
Prepare project reporting to keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
Requirements
Passionate about student empowerment and student voice initiatives.
Years of experience: Minimum 4 years experience in designing education/training programmes, facilitation, and project implementation & management.
Able to take ownership and manage multiple work streams.
Excellent at producing written communication, reports and presentations, with great attention to detail and maintaining high quality work.
Highly adaptable and unafraid to engage in challenging situations.
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment.
Proficient in using MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and G Suite; and is open to using other platforms such as Slack and Notion.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
A minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
