As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to reimagine soft skills learning in Malaysia. This includes a focus on crafting a dynamic and fulfilling student experience through curating high-impact programmes centered around student empowerment and student voice.

Employment Type: Full Time, 1-year contract (renewable)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Programme Design & Delivery
Work closely with the programme team to research, conceptualize, and develop student modules, refining them based on feedback and student impact data
Develop programme materials based on designated themes and learning objectives - including but not limited to session plans and session slides
Independently lead workshop & training sessions
Facilitate student groups during programmes including camps and workshops
Project Management
Develop & coordinate rigorous implementation plans (i.e. operations & logistics) for programmes in delivering meaningful student impact
Monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
Capture, track, and follow up on important actions and decisions, and handle issues that arise
Prepare communication materials for potential & existing partners
Stakeholder Management:
Meet with partners to understand expectations and design programmes to achieve student impact
Build relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to MOE /JPN/PPD, educational community, and regional private sector by: -
Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings;
Maintaining relationships by planning, curating, and designing frequent communication touchpoints with stakeholders
Coordinate & organise engagements for various stakeholders across programmes (e.g. school visits, partner meetings, mentor touchpoints, check-ins etc.)
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Conduct programme data collection & contribute to impact analysis
Conduct data analysis, and generate insights on programme recommendations
Prepare project reporting to keep stakeholders updated on project progress
