    Founded in 2025, SPROUT (Supporting Progress, Rights, Outreach, and Understanding on Reproductive Health) is a network dedicated to empowering low-income women by providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.

    Program Officer (2 positions)

    Commitment: 1 year (part-time, with flexible scheduling based on workshop sessions)

    Compensation: This is a paid position with compensation determined on a project basis and contingent upon available funding.

    Tentative Start Date: 1st March 2025

    Responsibilities
    • Deliver engaging training sessions on reproductive rights and contraception in collaboration with health experts.
    • Facilitate interactive discussions and ensure participants have a clear understanding of the topics.
    • Assist in designing and updating training materials to make content accessible and impactful.
    • Participate in the graduation ceremony and contribute to celebrating the participants' achievements.
    Requirements
    • Currently pursuing or holding a public health degree, MBBS degree, medical degree, or equivalent qualification in healthcare.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms.
    • A passion for advocacy, education, and empowering marginalized communities.
    • Prior experience in community health education or workshops is a plus but not mandatory.
