Warna Minda is seeking two dynamic and compassionate Program Facilitators to lead engaging workshops, provide hands-on support to program participants, and contribute to the development of impactful mental health programs. This role involves facilitating sessions, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating with experts to deliver meaningful content. Candidates should have experience working with marginalized communities and a strong passion for mental health and youth empowerment.
Tentative Start Date: 1st April 2025
Expected Salary: RM 4,000 to RM 4,500
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions aligned with Warna Minda’s goals.
Work with the team to develop and refine training modules and materials.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to program participants.
Ensure that training content is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and impactful.
Requirements
Holding a Bachelor's degree in social science, psychology or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in mental health field or community-based training.
Prior experience working with vulnerable communities is preferred.
