Period poverty has emerged as a concerning issue in Malaysia. Due to recurring lockdowns during the pandemic, many women and girls from underprivileged communities are unable to afford basic menstrual products. On top of that, the stigma on periods has made this prevalent topic a “taboo” in the public eye.

To raise awareness on this issue, we are utmost grateful to partner up with @pinkflag.my to hold a virtual workshop where we will talk about period poverty and the stigma on periods.
