Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting and experienced in managing a full set of accounts and
management and budget reporting as well as Cash Flow forecast & management.
• Experience in and having a good understanding and critical mind to manage operational matters to
ensure seamless processes and execution across all areas and teams.
• Ideally at least 4-5 years experience in Finance/Accounting managerial capacity and with staff
management responsibilities
• Have a strong leadership, organisational and people management skills
• At the same time, hands-on, attentive to details and discreet when necessary and willingness to learn
new areas
• Have a creative and adaptive mindset when faced with issues in order to find resolutions
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to manage Accounting Systems, highly competent in Excel and strong in MS Office tools like Word
& PowerPoint.
• Past experience in using any business application systems and/or implemented simple systems will be
an added advantage
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Chinese or Tamil will be added advantage
