- Verify documentation and process application via submission portal for NEM Application to SEDA, TNB and relevant parties.
- Compile and manage internal document filing.
- Ensure application processes are being executed in line with the company and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the office management - pantry stock up, cleaning schedule and stationery purchase, access cards, office utilities and general errand works.
- Execute various operational tasks based on the operational needs of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
1-2 years of work experience in Operations & Admin.
- Competent in basic IT skills and comfortable using Google Workplace.
- Able to embrace and adapt to new technology with the aim of efficiency.
- 5 working day week with shift options of: Mon-Fri/ Sun-Thurs/ Tues-Sat, with shift timing shift options of 7.00 am-4.00pm/ 9.00 am-6.00pm/ 1.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate to employees at all levels of the organization as well as stakeholders and external parties.
- A highly organized individual who is responsive, approachable, and able to multitask.
