The OGM Project Facilitator is responsible for implementing OGM’s Eat Right to Play Right (ERTPR) activities at the community level.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions (badminton and nutrition) for children and capacity building workshops for community volunteers and households (e.g. community kitchen and home garden)
• Plan programmes, monitor and report progresses under the support and coaching of the OGM Team Leader
• Establish, build and/or strengthen relationships with local partners in the communities to promote participation and ownership
• Capture stories and content on programme impact to be shared with the public
Requirements
• Possess at least a Degree, preferably related to sports or nutrition or its equivalent
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience such as coaching and community facilitation
• Possess problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Sensitive to the different cultures we work with and in
• Able to work on weekends (especially Saturdays)
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken)
• Able to drive and have a valid driving license
• Knowledge of and able to play basic badminton
• Physically fit to perform sports activities
