Founded in 2025, SPROUT (Supporting Progress, Rights, Outreach, and Understanding on Reproductive Health) is a network dedicated to empowering low-income women by providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.

SPROUT is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to help measure and assess the success of our programs, ensuring that we make a meaningful impact in empowering low-income women through education and advocacy.

Commitment: 1 year (Part-time, flexible hours)

Compensation: This is a paid position with compensation determined on a project basis and contingent upon available funding.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for SPROUT’s programs, including SPROUT Academy.
Design and manage data collection tools (surveys, questionnaires, interviews, etc.) to assess program outcomes.
Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate the effectiveness of workshops and training sessions.
Track program indicators and outcomes to measure progress toward organizational goals.
Prepare regular M&E reports to share with stakeholders, donors, and the team, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for program improvements based on data analysis and evaluation findings.
Support the team in setting up baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations for programs.
Ensure that data is collected and stored in compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
Contribute to the design and implementation of surveys, assessments, and evaluations for program participants.

Requirements

Background in social sciences, public health, development studies, or a related field.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods, tools, and techniques.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or similar).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and accessible manner.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
A passion for social impact and women’s rights initiatives.
Previous experience in M&E or research is preferred but not required.
