In tribute to Merdeka Month, the month of our nation's independence, we are pleased to invite you to ILMU Hasanah 50—a milestone edition of Yayasan Hasanah's knowledge-sharing series.
As ILMU Hasanah marks its 50th edition, this special session celebrates the supremacy of knowledge as the prerequisite of a liberated mind (minda merdeka). Knowledge is not only represented by academic degrees—it can be found everywhere: within communities, through lived experiences, and in the wisdom shared across generations. It is knowledge that empowers people to make better choices, improve everyday lives, and create lasting impact.
Under the theme "50 Conversations, Stories of Hope" join our trusted civil society partners as they share how listening, learning, and adapting alongside communities have shaped their work—from accountability and participation to resilience, systems thinking, and sustainable change.
At Yayasan Hasanah, we believe there should be no barriers to learning. Through ILMU Hasanah, we continue to cherish and invest in people who champion knowledge that helps communities flourish in the true spirit of Merdeka.
