Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
Design and present new social media campaign ideas for both B2B & B2C segments
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Help with the planning and executing of marketing campaigns involving social media influencers
Collaborate with internal and external teams to conceptualize, develop and execute marketing plans
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Contribute to the creation of presentation decks, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and social media content.

Working knowledge of various Google Workspace Productivity apps (Gmail, Chat, Meet, Calendar; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites for collaboration)
Excellent organizational and mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Communication and leadership skills
Proven food and beverage management experience
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
A team player with high-level of dedication
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
