We’re seeking strategic-minded talent with strong marketing acumen as a full-time Marketing & Communications Manager.
The Marketing & Communications Manager provides communications & marketing strategy development and execution. The role oversees the development of content and sales resources that support product launches, improve sales engagement, increases value for customers, and aligns with company initiatives. This role requires a strategist who is skilled at synthesizing many information streams into clear, effective, communications. Whatever form it takes, the Marketing Manager should be excited to explore new ideas for how we identify, engage and close qualified opportunities with sales and other departmental goals.

Responsibilities
Job functions may include and not limited to:
Undertake market research and give strategic direction to the leadership and sales teams, enabling them to strategically deploy resources appropriately.
Assists in establishing product direction and priorities to feed collateral, trainings, exhibitions and launches based on balancing needs of customers, sales, market forces and business goals.
Contribute to development and improvement of product positioning and messaging.
Conceptualise and manage the execution of cross-channel, integrated, and customer-centric marketing campaigns. This may include supporting the development and execution of content strategies, such as copywriting, copy editing and approvals, curation of content across channels.
Manage the delivery of external Service Providers while upholding the interests of the company.
Oversee & manage digital presence and engagement, including social media platform management.
Collaborate closely with sales, business, product, servicing and other internal teams in product development, marketing strategies, campaigns, and launches to support their growth goals.
Support sales efforts through impactful training and enablement activities, identification of successful sales strategies, and the development of sales tools
Develop internal marketing capacity to manage and execute marketing operations.
Requirements
Expert at targeted communications and advertising campaigns across various media platforms.
Good understanding of digital marketing, analytics, media planning.
Demonstrated project management skills including financial management.
Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships including project partners, internal and external teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and it is an advantage to communicate in Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in digital and Google Business Suite tools (Slides, Doc, Sheet, Meet), Slack, Zoom, Adobe products.
Competency in social media tools and their analytics - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, with adaptability to emerging tools and trends.
Self-motivated, result oriented with good interpersonal skill and leadership skills.
Able to work independently, well-organised and capable of meeting deadlines and proactively following-up.
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong analytical capabilities and numeracy skills.
Strong self-direction and initiative.
Demonstrated ability to manage budget and expenses.
Experience
Ideally 5 years of experience in a Marketing, Sales Operations and/or related field.
At least 2 years of management experience in related field leading a team.
Experienced at bringing new products to market and commercializing them via a multi-channel strategy.
Experienced in working with cross functional teams including sales.
Experience in social impact, social entreprises and/or nonprofits is an advantage.
