Hi. We are Ketchup, founded by Samiksha Banu Chandran, who noticed a problem with the workforce, they are incredibly stressed out due to ever-evolving standards of living and rising competition. A sector of the workforce is burnt out and dissatisfied and thus there was a great resignation in major countries across the world and employees who couldn't afford to quit just resorted to doing just enough work to not be fired affecting the people hired and the productivity of the organization.

Even when requested, only 45% of employees receive help for mental health issues. Ketchup is a service that provides Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training for employees so they can better identify and attend to the mental health of people they are concerned for. We have a B2B business model where companies can generate a survey of their employees free of cost and receive a curated report evaluating their employees' mental and emotional well-being.

MHFA focuses on increasing awareness by providing information on mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. It also aims to reduce stigma by providing knowledge on the importance of mental health. Finally, by creating a dialogue on mental health, we promote early help-seeking habits.
