Junior Associate, Malaysia Teacher Prize

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Programme Management and Implementation:
Work with the Manager(s) and Organisation Leads to:

• Work closely with a diverse team to foster a collaborative, innovative, efficient and inclusive work environment.
• Assist the implementation of the Prize to ensure its rigour, inclusivity, accessibility and suitability for participants while maintaining the standards of the Prize.
• Support and facilitate informational and training sessions related to the Prize.
• Coordinate events related to MTP such as but not limited to the Launch, info sessions and the Award Ceremony.
• Provide continuous support and communication to stakeholders, including coordinating with partners, judges, vendors and the general public to ensure the Prize is well represented with continuous stakeholder participation.
• Reflect and record key learnings from each part of the Prize’s implementation to continuously improve on the delivery of the Prize.
• Execute any assigned tasks by Manager(s) and Organisation Leads.

Event Management and Operations:
Work with the Manager(s) and Organisation Leads to:

• Coordinate and carry out programme operational activities, including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and logistics, to ensure efficient execution of programmes activities, such as events, workshops, and meetings.
• Support programme’s budget management by executing effective and timely financial processes and documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders including partners, vendors, media and participants.
• Plan and disseminate promotional materials for the Prize to reach various audiences.
• Prepare and deliver any necessary formal communications to engage stakeholders, including but not limited to emails, letters, presentation slides, informational packets, press releases and communication messages.
• Execute any assigned tasks by Programme Manager(s) and Organisation Leads.

Communications and Marketing:
Work with the Manager(s) and Organisation Leads to:

• Execute a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance Prize’s and the organisation’s visibility and engagement with stakeholders.
• Implement a content calendar that encourages the Prize and the organisation’s online presence, including updates on the organisation’s website and social media channels and communities, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Identify and engage with stakeholders, including partners, media liaisons and influential individuals to amplify content and expand the Prize’s network.
• Showcase and communicate programme’s progress and impact by creating, editing and posting regular high-quality communication materials and multimedia content using various types of media to ensure cohesive branding and high engagement.
• Track and communicate Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) findings that measure programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement by preparing reports, presentations, and other documentations.
