You will participate in the Changemaker Talent Development Programme (Internship), where you will have the opportunity to Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the organization. CTDP introduces our future leaders to social entrepreneurship, social innovation, access to technological tools & resources, technical skills, and the ins and outs of how we operate as an organization. You will receive an internship certificate at the end of your 3-6 months internship and have access to network with the teams, participate in progressive real-world projects, join exclusive informational sessions with senior leaders, and expand mentorship opportunities and career development.

Who and what are we looking for?
Master's and Bachelor’s degree students or graduates. All others with relevant expertise are encouraged to apply
Experienced in working with relevant independent projects preferred. Diploma holders are welcome to apply if you demonstrate/show your independent projects.
Able to commit a minimum of 3 months or a maximum of 6 months internship
The latest CGPA is 2.8 and above. Your CGPA will not be the defining factor in this decision. However, it is still a baseline indicator.
For Marketing & Communications - demonstrates a compelling portfolio showcasing past work. This is required!
Must be able to communicate in a clear and engaging manner
A hustler, critical and creative thinker, and with a can-do attitude.
Self-starter, independent, and enjoys collaborating with others
Good academic results and exemplary co-curricular involvements
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Committed to showing your passion and enthusiasm, and sharing your professional background and work experience through CVs and Portfolio (if any).
