Our Programme Secretariat Unit (PSU) is looking for an intern to start in May 2022!
The Programme Secretariat is a unit that is responsible for project management at IDEAS. The unit oversees projects' schedules and timelines, tracks and monitors project milestones and deliverables, and act as a conduit between the CEO's office and the Research and External Relations Units.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Provide support to the team in delivering the outputs
• Assist in preparing minute meetings and report
• Support the Executive Assistant to CEO in research (if needed)
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Candidates who have experience in managing events are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and coordination
• Experience in project management-related work would be an advantage
