Responsibilities

1. Project management and delivery of the programmes and activities within the work pillar
2. Lead business development, fundraising, and generate revenue streams for the programmes through identifying and developing relationships with clients, funders and partners.
3. Manage existing communities, including strategic communications and relationship management with project participants, community partners and stakeholders
4.Lead the pillar’s impact measurement and reporting activities, and other administrative matters.

Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies

Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field;
Strong communication skills, with full proficiency in English. Fluency in any of the local languages is an added advantage.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Previous professional experience in Impact Accelerators, Startups, Entrepreneurship Development Organisations, or related fields are preferred but not required;
Powerful capabilities in GSuite (Slides, Sheet, Forms etc), Asana, Hubspot, Trello, Slack etc.
Strong organisational, research and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of managing clients, funders, external project technical resources, community events and partners
An obsession for high quality, accuracy and perfectly presented work product
Demonstrated passion for impact entrepreneurship, youth, education innovation, sustainability and inclusion. Knowledge and grasp of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
