Managing end-to-end recruitment process, include screening applicant pools, phone screening, conducting group interview, job offering, etc.
Processing, reviewing and following up appropriately with all pre-employment background checks if applicable
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Partnering with other departments to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
Monitoring of recruitment expenses to ensure within the allocated budget
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Handle recruitment database, perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for recurring roles through appropriate and targeted sourcing
Use reporting and metrics to analyze recruitment pipelines and make recommendations to management

HR Task
Update of all necessary HR systems, policies and procedures
Contrubute idea and conduct team activitives to drive the culture
Manage staff onboarding including formal induction program
To coordinate training, employee engagement, festival celebration activities
Managing equipment and logistics for staff as required
Perform other duties as required
