Flood Preparedness Training Programme by Global Environment Centre

SPARK Foundation MY and GEC successfully organised a Flood Preparedness Training Programme recently for 30 community leaders from Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam, one of the areas badly affected by the devastating floods of December 2021.
The training aimed to empower communities on flood preparation and how to best respond during emergency situations.
It is a new addition to the list of initiatives under the WATER Project, a longstanding collaboration between SPARK Foundation and GEC.
