The Leadership Development Manager will support the Programme Lead in delivering the Fellows Programme, recruiting Fellows and managing opportunities for Fellows to stay connected to Acumen’s life-long community of solution builders locally and globally. Accountabilities will include:

• Programme Delivery and Administration
• Programme facilitation, coaching and communication
• Monitoring, evaluation and improvement of seminars and Fellows’ growth Lead our Fellows Selection process
• Fellows recruitment and community engagement
• Build Acumen Academy Malaysia’s community of practise comprising of Fellows and other learners
• Support business development of the Academy and its offerings
• Partner in the development and delivery of strategic products to meet needs of local changemakers towards creating systemic change
