    Come be part of AYO's Public Relations Department! 

    Public Relations Division of AYO focuses on maintaining the relations of the organization and the stakeholders particularly with the Media Partners and the Public. The Team is also handle the communication with the members and the data management.

    Responsibilities

    Email Management Head

    1. Organize and track AYO emails
    2. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all internal and external requests communicated via email are assigned to the right division
    3. Develop an online tracking form or anything similar, as agreed upon with the PR Head and AYO HQ Admin team
    4. If needed, assign tasks to the other two members of the email management team
    5. Perform other assigned tasks by the PR Head
    6. Attend weekly and monthly meetings, as needed
    Requirements
    1. Has extensive experience in database management and creation of SOPs
    2. Has time management skills and ensures efficiency in process workflows
    3. Has experience in managing company or organizational email accounts
    4. Should be comfortable working in a multicultural environment
    5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
