As the Director of Marketing & Communication, your assignments will include (but are not limited to):

• Conceptualising visuals based on briefs.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief and producing design products for posts on various platforms.
• Work with other related departments to produce designs for social media posts.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in accordance with Be The Catalyst’s standard.
• Attend monthly research institute meetings as well as department meetings (if required) to report and provide input.
• Creating recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
